Genuinely fixed. Before we start any project, we agree on a detailed scope. the pages, features, and deliverables. and that's what the price covers. If you want to add something new during the project, we'll price it separately and you decide whether to proceed. There are no hidden fees, no hourly overruns, and no surprise invoices.
Most projects have unique requirements. Our packages are starting points, not rigid boxes. Get in touch and describe what you need. we'll put together a custom proposal that covers exactly the scope of your project, priced fairly and transparently.
Yes. Standard projects are split into two payments: 50% to start and 50% on completion. For larger projects we can arrange a milestone-based payment schedule. We'll always agree on the payment structure before work begins.
A one-time project has a defined start and end. we build your website or app, hand it over, and support is included for the period stated. A care plan is an ongoing monthly arrangement where we actively maintain, update, and grow your digital presence. Most clients do both: a project to build the site, then a care plan to keep it thriving.
Care plans require a minimum 3-month commitment (so we have enough time to do meaningful work), then roll month-to-month. After the initial 3 months, you can cancel with 30 days' notice. There are no lock-ins or penalty fees.
100%. On completion of a project, full ownership of all code, design files, and assets transfers to you. You are never dependent on us to access or modify your own website. We operate on the principle that you should be able to take your work to any other developer if you choose to.
All prices are in USD. We work with clients globally and can invoice in other currencies on request. Exchange rates are applied at the time of invoicing based on the prevailing mid-market rate.
Our typical lead time is 1-3 weeks from when the deposit is received. If you have a hard deadline, tell us upfront and we'll let you know honestly whether it's achievable. We never overpromise on timelines.
